Membership in general:

• The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.
• The Annual Membership is automatically continued, but not if canceled in time (before the end of December).
• Registration fee will be charged at the start of the Annual Membership.
• Payment of membership costs is made exclusively by direct debit authorization.
• By completing and sending the registration form, you authorize T.C. Qui Vive to collect the cost of membership during the membership.
• In case of Winter Membership, you authorize T.C. Qui Vive once to collect the costs of membership.
• Unless canceled before the end of December, T.C. Qui Vive is entitled to collect the annual membership fee for each year from the specified bank account.
• You will be informed about this in good time by e-mail.
• The membership fee for a Winter membership is collected immediately after the start of the membership.
• The membership is valid after payment of the membership fee.
• If the Annual membership starts after August 1, you will receive a (pro rata) discount on the contribution.
• Winter membership starts on October 1 and automatically ends on March 31.
• No registration fee will be charged when registering for Winter Membership, for members who are members of UHC Qui Vive (hockey).
• The Annual Membership will automatically continue, but not if canceled in time - before end December.
• Winter Membership is automatically terminated as of March 31.
• The Annual Membership (as of age: 19 years and older) is subject to the obligation to perform one or more bar services per year.

Het Jaarlid, resp. Winterlid, wordt ingedeeld op basis van leeftijd op peildatum 31 december van het actuele verenigingsjaar.

Winterlidmaatschap eindigt automatisch.

Wat gebeurt er na ontvangst van je lidmaatschapsaanmelding:

Je gegevens worden opgenomen in de ledenadministratie. Hierbij registreren we een incassomachtiging; met behulp van deze machtiging incasseren we de lidmaatschapsbijdrage. De incasso wordt voorafgegaan door een bericht per e-mail waarin we de incasso aankondigen.
De vereniging is statutair verplicht om een beperkt aantal ledengegevens door te geven aan de landelijke bond (KNLTB). De registratie bij de KNLTB levert bovendien de ledenpas op indien daartoe alle gegevens zijn verstrekt, waaronder een foto. De verwerking door de bond duurt twee à drie weken. De ledenadministratie verzorgt de levering van de ledenpas aan de leden.

Member card and photo:

KNLTB = Koninklijke Lawn Tennis Bond (the national tennis association) is the body that issues the membership card.
The membership card is proof of club membership.
A (passport) photo is required for the (KNLTB) membership card.
You can upload the photo into the administration system (My T.C. Qui Vive) immediately after confirmation of registration, using the login details provided.
You may also send this photo by e-mail or deliver it to the address of the membership administration.
The photo must comply with the guidelines of the KNLTB.
In case you are a member of another tennis club, we still need a photo.
The photo in the KNLTB administration is (unfortunately) not made available for an extra membership.
The KNLTB will not issue a membership card without a photo.

Quality requirements for (passport) photos for a membership card:

• The photo must represent the member and must be recent, clear and closely resembling;
• Photos that do not meet the requirements will be refused by KNLTB.
• The photo should be taken straight from the front and against a light, even background;
• The width of the head in the photo should be about two thirds of the photo width;
• Both eyes should be visible, possibly behind glasses with translucent lenses.
• Wearing glasses with dark lenses is only allowed if the wearer can demonstrate that this is necessary for medical reasons.
• The head must be uncovered, but not if the applicant can demonstrate that this is contrary to religious, persuasive or medical reasons.
• If the head is covered, the face should be clearly recognizable.

The following also applies to the digital photo:

• the file type is JPG;
• the width/height ratio should be approximately three/four;
• the size must be at least 300 by 400 pixels.
• if the photo is digitized using a scanner, you must first make a pre-scan and limit the area to be scanned to the photo.

KNLTB = Koninklijke Lawn Tennis Bond (the national tennis association) is the body that issues the membership card. The membership card is also proof of club membership.

KNLTB has decided to end the annual issue of membership cards.
This means that the membership card issued in 2019 is the last and therefore still valid membership card.
If the membership card issued in 2019 is lost, a new membership card can be requested via the membership administration for a small fee.

Membership senior/senior-O25 and bar service:
The Senior and Senior O25 Annual Membership includes the obligation to do one or more bar shifts per year.

Explanation registration bar service:

• On the home page you log in with your personal login details, then the page “My T.C. Qui Vive”
• On the page "My T.C. Qui Vive choose "Bar service"; the page Bar service planning opens.
• On the Bar service planning page, find a suitable date and time and tick the registration box.
• Finish the registration with saving.
• Finished.

You will receive a reminder message twenty-one and seven days before your bar service.

• In bijzondere gevallen kan wijziging van het Jaarlidmaatschap door het bestuur worden toegestaan indien fysieke omstandigheden daartoe aanleiding geven.
• Men betaalt verlaagd tarief en blijft toch lid van de KNLTB echter zonder speelrecht.
• Als de situatie normaliseert kan men per direct weer speelgerechtigd worden na - indien van toepassing  - aanvullende betaling van contributie.

Wijzigen NietActief-Jaarlid >>>> Jaarlid:

• door bericht van herstel aan ledenadministratie
• automatisch bij aanvang van het nieuwe verenigingsjaar

Hiermee geef je lidmaatschapswijziging door aan de ledenadministratie.

Indien de omstandigheden - die de aanleiding waren tot de wijziging naar het NietActief-Jaarlidmaatschap - zich in het nieuwe verenigingsjaar zullen voortzetten, dan verwachten we dat je  de ledenadministratie hierover informeert voor aanvang van het nieuwe verenigingsjaar, opdat we het lidmaatschap tijdig kunnen terugzetten naar (actief) Jaarlid.
